In addition to the Feedback Center, is there a small feedback module, which can be placed on each page for users to provide quick feedback. Layout should be similar to the DNN feedback module with simply user e-mail etc. and a text field for the comment. This should then feed into the Feedback Center via, e.g., a category.

There isn't at the moment, but if you add the suggestion to the feedback center, I'll be going through soon and implementing a lot of the better features very soon.
