We're using the Simple Gallery module (02.03.17) for product screenshots on our website and it works great. The one thing I haven't found an easy way to do is remove the "breadcrumb" links in the top menu of the module. Those are a potential source of confusion on our site because of the way the screenshots are bound to particuar page content. I've been commening out the control in ../Controls/TopMenu.ascx, which works just fine. But I'll have to do this every time we upgrade the module. Is there a setting for this that I'm missing? I would like a feature to do this as well. AND / OR have the text "All Albums" be editable, such as, could we write in our own text there. e.g. "All Vehicles" or "All Projects" etc?

You can configure the text for "All Albums" via resx, I can provide the actual file if you want to go down that path.

That would be great! I'm using SimpleGallery.02.04.07 but don't have the source code for it. (I do have SimpleGallery.02.04.08 source but went back one version due to a thumbnail issue.) Is it in TopMenu.ascx.resx?

I also could use the ability to remove the breadcrumbs and also the ability to read the userid to show only that users photos in main module and latest module. (just my 2 cents) RJB

Can you try the latest release? It has an option to hide breadcrumbs.

I have the second to the latest release because of a thumbnail issue... was that solved? And how do I upgrade without messing up the albums I already have? And, does the latest release have the option to change the root name (meaning "All Albums" change to "All Projects" for example)?

Yes, the thumbnail issue was solved, it was a medium trust issue. All Albums can be changed via the resx entry.

1.) Install the module over the top, it will retain your albums/settings. 2.) The resx entry can be modified in host -> languages. The entry you are looking for is AllAlbums.Text in ViewGallery.ascx.resx
