Hi
I have just went through with upgrade to my site from dnn337 to dnn441 and all seemd ok till I opened my simple gallery... every album had only 1 subalbum left, other subalbums are missing and nowhere to be found is this fixable? also when trying to view the pictures some open in flash view while other just open up in current browser window like simple jpg ( where you can see just the picture nothing else ) why is that? and will upgrade of the module fix it? |

The latest version supports DNN 4.5.5+, you would need to be running that first (before upgrading)
There are numerous fixes over the past 12-24 months that could explain why the DNN 4.4.1 site is not showing some images. |

| You've upgraded to DNN 4.5.5+ and it's still not working? Are you also running the latest simple gallery? The issue is that you upgraded DNN and left Simple Gallery at a very old version, there is no guarantee that it will work using your old version. |

no I mean that now I have already upgraded to DNN441 and my Simple gallery was 2.2.8 I looked into my albums page everything seemed to be ok , only then I mentioned that all subalbums are gone. I have upgraded simpla gallery to 2.2.11 and nothing changed pictures that were there once ( defore DNN upgrade ) now were missing...
what I asked you is that - is there any chance the pictures will comeback after I further upgrade further ? ( I'd have to upgrade dnn and simple gallery )
I honestly do not understand why I don't see the subalbums, it choose to leave only 1 subalbum per each album and the rest just not there it is surprising because in FTP all of them are there... |

I don't know why the subalbums disappeared either without getting access to your site.
I assume you never manually migrated any data or did a re-synch at any time?
I can only really help if I have access to your site to take a look (support@ventrian.com).
I suggest upgrading to the latest simple gallery and contacting myself if it doesn't show sub-albums. It doesn't really matter if there are folders on the file system, it matters that the sub-albums are defined in the database. |

| right you see only 1 sub album in each folder tere were more, I have sent you login to my FTP to see howmany albums are there actually that do not show now, somehow only 1 sub album per each album is left out of many many more that are missing |

This requires further debugging to see what happened.
Can you re-send the connection information so I can look at the database, the ftp site and have host access into the site. |

I guess something is really wrong... I tried to delete everything ( simple gallery ) and Album folder, adn then reinstall SG.. got this error

I don't remember what I have there... I have several hosts with different versions and don't remember each have to look in host setting but here I can't look it up so I don't know what version and I don't remember. and don't know how else to see what version |
