I upgraded the Simple Gallery to 02.02.11 on DNN v3.2.0 websecurestores. When I try to upload a new photo it gets stuck on "Processing image...". I searched for that issue in the forum and didn't see a fix that worked for me. Any guidance is appreciated. I tried the demo site and I was able to upload a photo so I don't think it is my browser. I just updated DNN to 3.3.7 and everything is working now.

The most current release supports DNN 4.5.5+, so be careful if you upgrade simple gallery.

I am using DNN 4.8.2 and I get this problem with the latest version of Simple Gallery. I am unable to upload this photo to my gallery... http://www.beastlings.com/images/IMG_1805.JPG. This is driving me nuts. I am travelling the world and I am unable to upload any photos to my gallery. Everybody back home is asking where our photos are, and we can't upload them. I have tried from 3 different locations, sometimes paying money to use a computer at an Internet cafe and getting nowhere. It is getting to the point where I need to get a Flickr account or something so that I get a gallery system that works. _Please_ can you look into my predicament. Thanks, Adam

We have had some issues with particular photos taken from cameras causing problems in the upload process. If they were resaved in a normal photo editing program, they appear to work. I'm not sure why you posted to this thread however.

OK, I just tested your photo and it worked in our development environment. So I don't think it's an issue with the photo. Things to test:- * Make sure you have an adequate file quota set in admin -> site settings (e.g. you might be running out of room). * Make sure you are running the latest simple gallery * Provide a login to your site (host access) to support@ventrian.com, so we can get in and take a look.
