I keep getting this error. Any ideas?

Always look at the Useragent line.. this indicates that it is caused by a search bot and can be ignored.

The strange thing is that even if I delete the module, I still get this same error

Cannot think what might be still in the portal to cause the error to happen when the module is completely deleted

Do you mean delete the module or uninstall it from the portal? It's calling a page where a module used to exist, so the module is probably trying to look at the module info and not finding it.
