I've had an issue that seems to occur since the last update of SG. I am using the flash component to upload several images from 10 to over 100. It goes through the upload fine. Gets to a page where it says to add tags and bulk actions (or something like that) and then I hit the submit button. no errors or anything but the album is still empty. I'm doing this on FF, but I have others on IE (different PCs) having the same issue. I've reinstalled the latest SG to no avail. Any ideas?

This is certainly no good. I can't help, but I can confirm that the module is working where I'm using it. I have however seen other threads talking about upload problems, so there must be something buggy happening there. Unless Scott has a solution, I would first try troubleshooting by setting up a fresh DNN portal in the same environment and install it on that, just to see if you can make it work at all. Someone else was talking about the option of downgrading the gallery to a previous version that doesn't have the Flash uploader. I've got old versions going back quite a way if Scott hasn't got them available. You'd have to uninstall the new one before installing an old version. Rob |

| Sorry for missing this, do the photos get put on the file system - just not updated to the correct album? If you want me to remotely debug, please email support@ventrian.com |

Sure Scott. I appreciate that, you're always good about responding (other times. :) ). I'm going to upgrade to the latest DNN and see if that makes a difference. If not, I'll email you some login info. I do not believe the files actually get uploaded, but I can tell you that it takes the time as if it was. I'll double check before I do the upgrade, and if wrong will post back. But want to say they don't upload or I would just have done a category directory refresh. Dax |

OK, let me know how you go and email me the login info so I can debug. Most times there has been a problem has been due to a server configuration issue, a few times I noticed that the handler.js was blocked by the web server. |

Scott, still no go. Latest DNN, latest SG. I emailed you a user id to the system. Let me know if you have any questions.
Dax
P.S. You mentioned handler.js being blocked. How did you unblock it so I can see if that is my issue. |

I just tried loading the handlers.js file directly and it worked fine, so I figure that means it is not being blocked. Dax |

It eventually does come back with an error, there is something peculiar with your setup and the module. I will need FTP access to resolve, so I can upload new JS/DLL files to test. |

| I've sent you an email, looks like a portal quota issue, details in the email. |

Yup, it was portal space quota. I can't believe it. Are you going to make SG check for the space and return a message in the future? Thanks so much for checking on this. You're the best Scott! Dax |

| It should display the message correctly to you (about no portal space). The last build had an issue and it wasn't being reported correctly. |
