hi hi all
i am using this gallery and i like it alot it´s very cool
i have one problem and that is the oldest photoalbum is on top of the page but i
want the newest album to be top of the page - is there any way to change this ?

| If you go to "Edit Albums", and click "Edit Sort Order" you can manually change the ordering, does this help? |

I see this is an old post, but as many of our users are building galleries with lots of albums we are getting requests for a default sort order setting. Right now newest albums go to the bottom of the list. It would be nice if the default sort was for the newest album to be on the top of the list. I believe this would be far be the most popular.
Can this be set someplace right now, I'm guessing it's by album ID? |

I think you are right, I'll add an option to the module to sort by SortOrder (Currently default) or Creation Date.
You can change the album sort order manually though, but having it auto-sort by creation date would be a good option. |

| Yes, my users are starting to complain that adding a new album and pushing the new one to the top takes to long, which it does if you have 10 or 12 albums in a gallery. |

Slight bit of confusion until I realised that albums which only contain albums get todays date. But a few edits sorted that.

| I ran a bit of logic in the update that went through and set the create data to the earliest photo. The problem was albums with 0 photos, they received today's date (that's why I made the create date editable) |
