I love DNN but some things just annoy me. like the child portal setup. i want to sell child portal hosting but the current implementation is wacko.

It should work like the subscription thing. a person buys a portal and pays a monthly fee, just like regular hosting services. if they dont pay the portal is locked out.

any help on this would be greatly appreciated by the community

Yes, I am currently setting up another service targetted at sporting associated (which is why I was absent towards the end of last week).

So I am in the process building tools for that site, those tools will appear here as "Portal Tools".

I'll release the name of the site, once it's complete, I have a few users building sites at the moment, but I don't have any of the auto-signup stuff. Some of it is in the core, but like the subscription stuff, is not a complete solution.
