Hi Scott.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just tryied to setup the subscribtion tool and get the following error message when roted to paypal.

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

I'd talked to paypal technical support and they indicateg the problem is with your subscription tool. They said it may not be routing correctly. The paypal settings for my DNN have the correct useid and password.

Your help is appreciated,

Gary

Is your paypal username specified correctly in settings? Is this getting passed in the URL? It should be an email address.

Scott,

any suggestions? I've sent you two emails, not sure if you're getting them.

Thanks,

Gary

Yes, I have sent you an email back, I need to know what setting you have in the config for the module in regards payment processor ID.

It should be your email address for PayPal - I think this is what is setup wrong.

In the email I have asked for access to your DNN site.

The module doesn't use the host settings for paypal ID and password (you shouldn't need to store password anyway), but rather its in the settings of the module itself.

Hi Den,

I've removed the host Paypal settings and it worked fine. The only paypal settings I'm using are the one within the module.
