Scott, I have asked this before but now I have a real need for this feature. We are looking to update a large userbase and use Subscription Tools to manage memberships. Only about 15% of the current membership has paid for their membership through the module, the rest either need to be imported or added manually.
Two questions, how much to add the feature for the module that would allow for the manual addition of receipts as we can now but with the ability to specifiy a "Start" date.
Is there a way to import mass users from a file that would specifiy username and start date and subscription?

Hi Jack,
So you would like 1.) Add start date as an option on "Add Receipt" and 2.) An option to import from a file.
This work would be about 4 hours. |

| I think the only thing that will really work for us is the Add Start Date on "Add Receipt", the import would be overkill. Get me a number for that and we'll make it work. |

Make it so and tell me where you want the money sent!
Next question would be a module or sript to run that would show all subscriptions with expiration dates for every Subscrption Tool module on an given portal? Can you do that? |

One more thing and if you can add it when you make the other changes let me know how much.
Right now you can "Send Invoice" - the module sends a receipt to the user account processing the payment but nothing else. Could you add some additional check boxes for roles here? THe paypal info is fine for me as the paypal account holder but I would like others notified on new subscribers and renewals |

Yes, on new subscriptions, something like "Notify" and then a role slection "on New Subscriptions" and if you could do the same on renewals that would also be excellent, and probably required anyway.
Can I through some extra $ in for this feature? |

| When you manually add a receipt, will it automatically add them to the role also or is it just for record keeping? e.g. have you already added them to the role previously? |

| If they are in the role - would it extend it though? Or override it with an expiry date of the receipt end? |

I think I understand it, it's just "as is", as it functions now, with a start date option.
The thing to keep in mind, is that the start date will be overridden if they are in the role already. |
