Hi Scott The first of my Silver subscribers are almost up for renewal - you mentioned a while ago that you were going to make the process a little easier with the Subscription Tools - any update on that? What process do you currently use out of interest? Do you send the subscriber an email informing them that they are about to be charged for the next period? Thanks

Thanks I'm still working on subscription tools - it will probably still be a few weeks as I have decided to take a different approach to it. The process I use at the moment, is emailing everyone that has a subscription expiring in that month informing them of their options.
