How hard would it be to add support for Google Checkout?

Not that difficult, does google checkout support other countries then the US yet?

Google is offering free procesing through 2007, would be nice to have this!

I too would love to see Google Checkout added as an option?

Is this very difficult?

I'm not sure, most of there other stuff is fairly easy to implement.

Google supports the UK and USA now, would that help? I'd really like to use Subscription Tools!
