Hello, I am using the Ventrian subscription module, have a few questions for basic understanding. 1. for monthly recurring subscription, how does the cc info get to paypal - where it is saved, or some transaction id is used from dnn with paypal? 2. how is recurring payment triggered, and does a IPN get received by DNN to keep membership valid, or disable membership if recurring billing did not work. 3. if a person wants to change the cc used with recurring billing, how does the process work (related to #1 above). The customer will need to renew there account at the end of the period. There has been some talk of implementing auto-recurring as well. Currently, a customer does receive a notification when there subscription is about to end. [quoteΥ. if a person wants to change the cc used with recurring billing, how does the process work (related to #1 above).[/quote] Originally, I used the core subscription method which does auto-recur, but I found that customers forget about there subscription and a small percentage would get annoyed about having it auto-renew. With the option used on this site and the module implemented, the customer pays for access when they need it, and if they forget about it, then it won't auto-renew. I can see the benefit of supporting both scenarios though, although it only supports non automatic recurring payments. (the user has to physically renew there subscription when they need access that has expired)

I would like the recurring subscription added also, the ventrian module is great apart from that. A number of websites are using the module but have all mentioned it would be even better once the automatic recurring feature is added. please let us know when/if this will happen. Many thanks!
