FYI - If you've followed Scott's HTTP Compression instructions, you'll need to disable the compression for the 3.0.13 upgrade to complete successfully.


Easy way to do this... just use the original web.config to do the upgrade... then once it's successfully completed, put back in the compression customizations.


Same goes with Tam's Active Directory Authentication module if you are using it.
