Hi,

I would like get DotNetNuke development environment setup on my machine and just wondering how
I should go about doing this? I would like to have a look at the property agent module source code.

I do have visual studio and would like to get some tips before I start.

Thanks for any help.

I'm in the same quandry. I have a DNN dev environment setup according to the best practices as outlined by the core team. How do I take an existing module source and import it into that VS2005 environment? I've tried adding existing projects and I just get build errors when I try to rebuild. I'm sure there's some linking up that has to be done, but I'm not sure where or how to accomplish it....

Any help you DNN dev gurus can offer I'd really appreciate..

Shad,

I'm still around so if you need some help give me a call or shoot me an email.  How is your site coming along?

I use the setup project detailed here.

What errors are you getting? Are your references correct?

Scott,

While not exactly what I needed, it pointed me in the right direction.  I was just able to recompile a project sucessfully..  Thanks for your help!

Jon,

I actually thought about calling you earlier this week..  We should meet up sometime and talk shop..  Things are going well and I'm happy with how DNN is performing on my site.
