Hi everyone,

I'm very worried that the content managers of my DotNetNuke site will liberally format the text with the Rich Text Editor and am concerned about potential HTML messes when loads of tags begin to overlap.

I want to let the users use only the "Style" dropdown options instead of manually selecting Fonts, colours, sizes, etc.  However, the options in that box do not correspond to the general look and feel of the site.  How can I change the available styles there, or even better, link to my own CSS sheet?

Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

It depends what text editor you are using, most text editors have their own documentation on how to do this..

Jus the normal one, preinstalled in DotNetNuke. As opposed to the modules on this site, the help available for DNN basic modules is very scarce. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

Go to dotnetnuke.com and look in the FCK editor forum. There's at least one detailed description (I wrote one up in there) on how to achieve it... and there are one or two other posts about it as well.

It can get messy, and you'll need to look for the posts on customizing the toolbars and toolbar-access as well. It's worth trimming the toolbar options down to the minimum that is required for typing and formatting the articles.
