I am using Repository 03.01.14 (and also 03.01.13 on another site), with the DIRECTORY skin (template).
I have plenty of users complaining: they can not manage to open the links. It does not open at all.
After investigation, it appears that some of them have blocked their pop-up in options (and it is considered as a pop-up with the javascript used in Repository). Others have Norton Internet Security which prevents people from opening pop-up. I have checked, and vast majority of new browser have this behavior by default ! Very compromising...
Then, I generally ask people to check on the DNN Directory: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/tabid/702/Default.aspx
They have exactly the same problems !! So, it is not coming from my DNN.
This is a very big problem for me and the whole DNN community, maybe people are not aware of this, but we miss many hits on links.
CONCLUSION: this javascript is a very big problem currently, it blocks people from visiting website. I would like to find another solution. Please, do you have an idea to change this ?.... I am sure that it is the same problem for everybody, including Dotnetnuke Directory but people are maybe not aware of this being a problem...
