Hello
I'm Using DNN 4.5.0 Upgrade Version and using the last versions of the most part of the modules
I'm trying to upgrade to last versions of module articles from 00.05.61 to 00.05.62
I go to Host, Modules, Upload module and the process of upload begin. Well, this is all... I can wait, and wait and wait and nothing occurs.
I can see that Internet Explorer are trying to open "localhost/verweb/verweb/host/File%20%Manager..." and the progress Bar it's a 50% but it not finalizes
I can't see the light for activities in the hard disk, really all are stopped but it don't finalize
I'm making this in my local computer... In my event log viewer, from control panel, One advise is logged:
Error al procesar la solicitud.
Exception: System.Threading.ThreadAbortException
Message: Subproceso anulado.
StackTrace: en System.Web.HttpRuntime.ProcessRequestInternal(HttpWorkerRequest wr)

A few days ago the same error but upgrading Articles from 00.05.57 to 00.05.59 - 00.05.61
I'm about 200 articles but i don't think that's can be the problem or yes i don't know....
Any ideas?

| The first thing I would check is the permissions of everything in your DNN install - then I would check the admin -> log viewer for any additional messages. |

Hmm, the error is being thrown on a core method:-
GetTabPermissionsByPortal
And the error being thrown originates in SQL Server.
It's having a problem populating Tabs - can you install/upgrade other modules? I don't think it's specifically related to the modules available here. |

i upgraded recently the most part of my modules. First i updated the core to 4.5.0 and then i upgraded the events module, the html module, the feedback module, the announcements module and some more...all without problem
I'm another installation running the same version 4.5.0 and the same modules and i'm not having this problem.
I tried to uninstall the module articles and then re-install and this works but i lose the data. I tried to delete all records from tables Dnn_forge_articles and make the upgrade without data, nothing changed the problem continues...
Any ideas are apreciated... many thanks |

As I can see in my event log database, the application is restarted before it can finish the request process. I do not know to tell IIS to do not restart before the end of request. The following text is the exception text in the event log:
The AppDomain shut down because of a change to the Bin folder or files contained in it.
Do you know how to prevent it?
Really thanks
