I've posted a new build for Subscription Tools in the downloads section (members only).

New Functionality Includes:-

• New Subscription Signup module...
• Allows Admin to:-
• Add/Edit Plans
• Send Reminders
• Customize additional settings, processor user ID, use test processor and introductory text.
• Membership Features:-
• Process Payments via PayPal
• View Receipts
• Renew/Extend membership options.

Warning: the module is not currently localized, so I'll be posting the source up once this has happened, but I encourage you to play around in the meantime.
