I've posted a new build for Property Agent in the downloads section (members only).

New Functionality Includes:-

• You can now customize the terms "Agent" and "Broker" in "Edit Layout Settings".
• You can now hide types with a count of 0 in the search forms and types module. The setting is called "Hide 0 count types".
• The "Edit Property Types" page can now be secured by role in "Edit Permissions" -> "Admin Settings".
• The types module can now be configured to only show the top level of types (in module settings). It is disabled by default.
