I've posted a new module called File Links in the downloads section (members only).

The module functionality includes:-

• Ability to display files/folders from the DNN file manager.
• 100% templateable.
• Flash based uploader to delegate upload/delete permissions to non-admins.
• Configuration options to restrict display to a particular folder, restrict extensions and disable folders.
