I've posted a new build for Subscription Tools in the downloads section (members only).

Fixed Bugs Include:-

• The reports should work as intended in SQL 2005 and no longer throw an exception when installing.
• An issue was found and fixed with the "Add Receipt" functionality in regards to splitting up the module to use ModuleID.
