When I was setting up a new installation I noticed that with 0 articles I still have

"Prevous Page | Next Page". Maybe these should actuallt depend on the existance of the page.

The come from  [LINKPREVIOUS] | [LINKNEXT] tokens

You can use [HASMULTIPLEPAGES][/HASMULTIPLEPAGES] to disable it when not needed.
