Another quick question -

As of now, someone can type a work or phrase into the search box, but then they must click the Search link to search the directory.  Is there a way simply pressing Enter would allow the search to commence?  Most other directories and forms work this way...  with Boolean operators as well (AND or OR search capabilities in this box).
