Scott, the property module is probably the most awesome module I have worked with and I use it a lot. I have a few questions/requests though, that I would like you to consider maybe for future releases, if they aren't too hard to do.
1) Can you please add to the "Manage Properties" a "Featured Properties" to the filters (status or custom field)? when using the module with thousands of properties, is very difficult to find the featured ones.
2) It would be great to have an "Add to Favorites" link that would let them display a list, and -maybe- rate or rank the properties to be able to sort by the ones they like the most.
3) This may be already included, but I'm asking because I don't know. Is there a way to setup email alerts?
4) Regarding the email alerts, other than the visitors being able to setup email alerts, it would be very nice to be able to notify an email address (the host or admin), when a new property has been created.
5) Is there a way to incorporate the same flash upload that you currently use in the simple gallery? Being able to upload multiple pictures at once is also something that my customers have requested.
Do you think these suggested features could be useful for the rest of your users? |

1) Yep, I'm actually going to change how the filters work to make it easier to setup and clearner to use.
2) I have thought about implementing a short list/favourites view in property agent. I think this would cover this item.
3) Not currently, but this is a highly requested feature.
4) You can notify when a property is requiring approval, I will add additional options for notification.
5) Yes, I'll be adding this shortly. |
