Hey Scott,
in the content rotator, on the editcontents.ascx there's some text which is not fetched from resources:
"Add Content"
"True"
"False" (state flags in the grid)
Also the validators in editcontent.ascx are not localized yet.
Please add these to the resources for the next release.
