Scott, finally i found the main error i guess.
I enabled two languages in my portal (English-US and Türkçe-TR)

I edited my web.config file and uploaded dll file for Human Friendly URL's.

It's working perfectly when English Culture selected from Language dropdown list.
http://www.mikroproje.com/MainPage/SamplePage.aspx

But its not working with Turkish culture. (For Turkish locale it uses default structure)
http://www.mikroproje.com/MainPage/SamplePage/tabid/**/Default.aspx

I can send you Turkish Language pack or give you access to my portal if you would like to simulate issue.

Please help us to resolve this important issue. And ill send you Turkish Delight

Thanks in advance.
