Subject: Timestamp is in Server Local Time not Portal Time

The timestamp that goes against a "Shout" is in the server's local timezone and not the portal timezone. Any idea on how to change that?

Hmm, looks like its not making the adjustment, I will fix this.

I am really waiting for a new shout box and I hope that you will make one soon, since this module was not updated for a loooong time there are so many suggestions for it.... I am really hoping there will be an update soon!
