Hi,

I have my payments processing gateway configured with a valid paypal email address and login, however when I test the subscribe button, I get the following error message from Paypal:

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

Can anyone help?

Hmm, this happens if the email address sent to paypal is invalid.

Could you send me the URL that you are redirected to when paying (support@ventrian.com)

I got the same error message too.. I also used a valid Email and login but everytime I test it,  I receive that error message from Paypal. Has it something to do with IPN/ PDT? should the IPN/PDT be enabled in my Paypal Account?

Please Help. Thanks in Advance!

It shouldn't matter if the IPN is enabled in PayPal, because the url post will supply the details to postbck etc.

You do need a Business or Premier account.

And you do need a valid email address for account you are sending money too (Processor ID in View Options)
