I think this would a relatively (as in, amount gained for time spent!) change that would really help the social networking side of things:

When an anonymous user posts a property it can also show (optional) an email and username box. If they enter this it creates an account and sends them a password. They can then log in and manage their ad but from then on it functions as normal.

I turn off anon-posting but if I had this I would turn it back on to increase sign-ups... thoughts?
