What exactly do you need to do? I know there is a flash player module around, but you can't just embed the html in the text editor?

i need to embed some kind of player in a page and then be able to pass a parameter to that page to load a particular file

I would say you would be looking for a custom module to do this.

I wrote a quick and dirty ASP page to do this. I use an IFrame to get it onto my DNN site. It displays a list of all the FLV files in it's current directory and sub dirs. See ASP in action : http://www.cordingley.net/video Download it : http://www.cordingley.net/video/FLVIFrame.zip
