I was pricing Real Estate modules and had received a quote for a custom solution, and then I found Property Agent! Its perfect for my and many needs, and a full subscription to everything on this site is DRASTICALLY less than the cost of any one of the other options I had considered! Great work Scott, you have got yourself another lifetime member!

I think that's the advantage of having "multiple" people wanting the same thing, if we do it right, we can lower the price so everyone benefits!
