Users specify time zones when registering, however, all new articles display the host timezone.  When ever I check your site for new articles (and forum entries), I have to guesstimate what the local time is.  Shouldn't all date and time entries display in the users timezone (and format).

Yep it should, but I'm awaiting the core function to do this. It's not just a simple date subtraction, you need to take into account daylight savings..
