For those interested, here is the new database diagram.

It takes into account custom fields, but does not take into account agents/companies yet.

Can I suggest properties have field called "status" as in "sold" "new" (as in new building not new listing) "under contruction" etc.

Many agents want to keep sold items in the list to show effectiveness and create urgency. Putting the status in as a CSS class, one can paste big red SOLD signs over or under the listings.

You can create your own custom field called status and prepopulate the entries allowed to go into that field.

As for the layout, it should be template based to allow the output of the status field, not sure about conditionally doing things based on a status yet, but it could be worked in via tokens.
