I've posted a new build for Simple Gallery in the downloads section (members only).

New Functionality Includes:-

• XML/RSS Icons are replaced with the new core standard for RSS Icons.
• XML/RSS Icons moved to right hand side of links.
• Moved latest photo links to the upper right corner, and remove the label (so it only contains the icon).
• Renamed "Download Photo" to "View Original Size" in the slideshow.
• The alternate text for each photo is now set to the description (or title if it doesn't exist). This is in slideshow mode.
• On the "Add New Photo" screen, removed the JPEG extension. The valid extensions are now GIF, JPG and PNG.
• On the "Add New Photo" screen, renamed "Name" to "Title".
• Tidied up the "Delete Photo" confirmation to reference the term "Photo" rather then just "Item".
• On the "Add New Album" screen, renamed "Caption" to "Title".
• On the "Settings Page", renamed "Name" to "Title" in the Photo Sort By dropdown.
• The module title on the "Add New Photo" page now says "Add New Photo" rather then "Edit Photo"

The above items are a result of an "External Usability Review". This is only about a third of the suggestions, the others will be made in the next few releases.
