Hello,
Following georgelew suggestion (http://www.ventrian.com/Support/ProductForums/tabid/118/forumid/4/postid/35430/view/topic/Default.aspx), it would be interesting to have the "canonical link element" implemented into NA.
Basically the problem with NA (and DNN in general) is that there easily appear duplicate URL:s. For example an NA article can be reached trough these URLs:
http://www.mydomain.com/Texts/tabid/53/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/504/This-is-the-headline-of-the-story.aspx
http://www.mydomain.com/tabid/53/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/504/This-is-the-headline-of-the-story.aspx
http://www.mydomain.com/Texts/tabid/53/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/504/Default.aspx
http://www.mydomain.com/tabid/53/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/504/Default.aspx
There could be even more variations of the URL since the the part /This-is-the-headline-of-the-story.aspx could be substituted for anything...
But the above four variations should not appear in google but be directed to one. This would not hurt PR.
