Sort Items by Custom Field

Details:	It would be helpful to sort the list by a custom field. For example, if you have a title field and you would like the listings sorted in alphabetical order.

You can already do this by marking a custom field as sortable. This will allow you to sort by it.

I thought this one already can be done in the Layout Setting?
