Sold Status Feedback ID: 583 Status: Closed Product: Property Agent Implemented? Yes Created On: 3/19/2007 Created By: Steven Webster Details: It would be nice to store a status on a property. It might be useful to show a property as "sold" on the site before it is deleted. Perhaps this could show a Sold token in the detail template as well

However I was thinking about it more along the lines of an agent marking a property as "sold" It might show an additional token (large red SOLD) somewhere on the details....then x days later would deactivate or delete. Many customers want to show properties as sold (demonstrates inventory activity and a sense of urgency) on their site. It would also be a convieniant way for agents to "maintain" property sales on the site.
