It would be nice to store a status on a property. It might be useful to show a property as "sold" on the site before it is deleted. Perhaps this could show a Sold token in the detail template as well

Could you not use a custom field for this?

You could if it were for display only. However I was thinking about it more along the lines of an agent marking a property as "sold" It might show an additional token (large red SOLD) somewhere on the details....then x days later would deactivate or delete.
Many customers want to show properties as sold (demonstrates inventory activity and a sense of urgency) on their site. It would also be a convieniant way for agents to "maintain" property sales on the site.

I concur
Would use [ISSOLD] [/ISSOLD] tokens to customize the appearance - agents love to show how they are moving thing out-the-door.

I'm using a custom field and the following script:
I think it's possible to use a CSS class to display an image.

Sorry... the script part doesn't show. I will try to post it in the forums.

You can do this by the expression tokens in the latest release.
