Details:	Would be nice to have a distance feature based on zip code. Store the lat/lon of the poperty and lookup the lat/lon of the user to calc distance. A more advanced version would incorporate distane ranges into the poperty search. (Find Properties within 10, 50, 200 miles), etc. This is a fairly common feature for real estate, cars, etc. I've written two production level locators so far and would be happy to donate the code if it helped. Each installed instance would need to obtain a valid postal code list with lat/lon.
