Show users currently "shouting"

Details:	I've tried the "Where are they now" module to support this, but it tends to lag behind where a user actually is. It would be nice to see all users who are currently shouting in a list, and be able to send them a private message by cicking on a Send Message image.

You can make it not lag, by checking the force users online update checkbox, have you tried this?
