Details:	I would like it to be possible to set which roles are allowed to: a) see the "shoutings" when entering the page b) shout or write messages With this ability the usage of the module is improved and can be used to (for example): - arrange a live chat interview on the site where users send their questions by mail and the moderator can choose which should be visible - and a logged in interview subject can reply - report live from a sports event, one user is allowed to post what happens while the others read

meaning unregistered also.... I want to be able to decide if it's ok to let unregistered users to shout... maybe just let them shout with shorter texts than registered users
