Your feedback center is an excellent piece of software. It could easily be adapted to be used as:
1. Knowledgebase 2. Customer Complaint Tracking 3. Help Desk Requestor 4. Software Request Tracker. 5. Sales Force Product Tracking. 6. etc...
Maybe you can add a templating feature to allow the user to easily change functions.

Yes so the display of different blocks like Statistics, Feedback that I'm tracking could be optional. Cheers Leif

I would like to see templates supported like many of the other modules just so I can control layout and colors. The existing colors do not work with my skin. I may go in and tweak the actual ascx file, but then, it may not look good on another site in the same DNN install that is using a different skin. Being able to specify the template for each module instance is definitely the way to go.

Templates would allow you to change layout, but I think you are referring to function (in the original feedback), function is more difficult to change.
Extending templates, such as supporting custom fields, etc as in Property Agent would help for the knowledge base, etc though?

Also if you could 'pre defined themes' like the Core Calendar module, or the Active Forums and select the them from the module settings it would be great for designers!
