Some way of "denying" a feature

Details:	Basically I would like a new status to show that a Request was "declined" - often user's ask for features (hopeguly not like this one) that are just impossible and I would like to separate it out into it's own status with a reason, so that user's can filter on Declined, Upcoming or Maybe (might need some more thought) - as oppsed to the current - Not implemented and Implemented. Different stakeholders make suggestions which are never going to be implemented for different reasons. They are closed but that sort of implies complete.
