Roles to edit approved messages

Details:	Currently only Admin's can edit messages that have been approved. We need to allow other groups edit approved messages. One option would be to allow Approvers to edit approved messages. Another would be to add another security setting (Roles allowed to edit)

EDIT: I find how to edit approved article, but for ADMIN only... No possibility for users. Should be done as well, for me this is very critical.

In my opinion, it should work like this:
User edit its article (you can not show it, because it need moderation).
==> the article is duplicated in the table, untill the moderator approve the message.
Then, the old article is replaced with the new version (link does not change but only content).

This is a must to take News Article to the next level and allow more user participation in submitting stories.

I have seen this function work on well on large community news portal . Its a must have function as they publish large volume of content going thru their site daily.

Yes you have to make this possible !

Because I do not use 'approve' I don't understand why they couldn't edit there posts
