Over the weekend, I have had a real bad run with computer problems, first, I spent the majority of the weekend and yesterday fixing a problem with my PC concerning a blue screen irq error.

Eventually, I worked out it was a faulty RAM chip using memtest86.

Next, somehow I got some spyware on my computer and it took forever to get rid of it. I ended up using a combiantion of:-

ewido anti-spyware
spybot

How much lost productivity is down to idiots that write spyware?

i recently reinstalled my OS twice. the first time, i started browsing the net before installing my trusty NOD32. 30mins after my fresh install i got attacked by annoying and unremovable spyware. after spending most of that day being annoyed i wisened up and reinstalled my OS the correct way.
