Professional DotNetNuke 4.0 : for ASP.NET 2.0

Tonight, I turned in the updated installation chapter for the second wrox dotnetnuke book, "Professional DotNetNuke 4.0 : for ASP.NET 2.0"

The chapter has significantly grown and I believe is better structured. You can see the book on amazon here.

Now that the chapter is out of the way, I can get back to the module updates.
