what to add to web.config to allow for big zip uploads?

Replace you runtime line in your webconfig with the following.

<httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="102400" executionTimeout="1800" />

That should allow for 10 mb and 30 minutes

There is no Timeout setting. Should I add it to the string?

There is no Timeout setting. Should I add it to the string?

maxRequestLength is in K so I think should be 10240 for 10M. Dave

I'm unpinning this thread as we now use a flash control that uploads photos individually in a batch. We shouldn't hit this problem now because we are not uploading large zips.
